Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion, Bridging for a Just Transition, where leading figures from trade unions, environmental organisations, business, and the public sector will come together to explore how we can achieve a fair and inclusive transition towards a sustainable future. In the face of complex global challenges, this event will focus on the importance of fostering constructive and respectful dialogue among diverse stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
We are delighted to have contributions from the WIN WIN Awards laureates, ITUC Just Transition Centre, and Nature and Youth, who will offer valuable international perspectives on navigating these intricate processes.
Agenda:
11:30-12:30 Panel Discussion: Experts will share insights on fostering effective dialogue in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ensuring a green transition that is both inclusive and just.
12:30-13:30 Lunch Mingle: Enjoy a vegetarian lunch while networking with fellow participants.
13:30-15:30 Round Table Discussions: A limited number of participants will have the opportunity to join in-depth, focused discussions. If you're interested, please share your motivation for participating when you register.
Moderator:
Johan Holmén, PhD in Physical Resource Theory from Chalmers University of Technology, specialises in sustainability transformations and social learning. His research focuses on practical solutions to address society's complex sustainability challenges. He also serves as the expert advisor for the WIN WIN Gothenburg Sustainability Youth Award 2024.
